Pumping up them wheels- Training Legs the OLD SKOOL way.
Not having done any real squating for well over a year, it was time to start putting a bit of weight on my back. The bar no longer kills me, my back is conditioning to squating again. A real tour de-force today combining the knowledge of DSB and Old Skool Conditioning to smash my legs to bits 155 reps of sqauts, 60 reps reverse Hack Squat, 8...0 reps of Bulgarian Split Squat. After each set my legs were jelly and had to quickly sit down before i fell down lol. Then went outside for event training, didnt have a truck to pull so had to make do with three cars tied together and push them, lol as always i attracted quite a crowd watching this spectacle. CARDIO is the big thing on this event, so some brutal cardio seesions to come to get me ready
